Track your protocol. Own your data.

Peptides, hormones, supplements, labs and wearables — every input and every result, together in one encrypted vault on your phone.

The more you measure, the more your health becomes the thing you actually want to work on. Sovereign Vault puts the whole picture in one place, so the patterns you'd never spot across a dozen scattered apps finally show up.

How it works

Four steps to the full picture

  1. Log your protocol

Compounds, doses, timing, and your lab results — entered once, in your own numbers and your own words. Nothing is rounded, normalised, or reinterpreted into someone else's format.

  2. Sync your wearables

Whatever your watch writes into Apple Health or Health Connect, the app reads — sleep, resting heart rate, steps, and HRV where your device provides it. Polar connects directly.

  3. See it on one timeline

Your inputs and your body's response, side by side, so cause and effect stop living in separate apps.

  4. Copy the record out

Your intake history, your lab results, and the readings from Apple Health or a wearable you've connected — copied to your clipboard as JSON or Markdown. Paste it wherever you want it: your own notes, the AI you trust, or a clinician.

Why Sovereign

Your health data, kept sovereign

Local-first and encrypted

Everything lives on your device, encrypted, behind your PIN and your fingerprint. No copy of your records on our servers — because we don't run any.

You own every byte

No account harvesting your protocol. Export it any time, delete it any time.

Built for self-experimenters

For people running real protocols and reading their own labs — not a generic wellness app with a step counter bolted on.

The app makes a small number of network requests — checking for updates, and syncing Polar if you connect it. Every one is listed in the privacy policy, with what it sends and why. The encryption specifics, and what they do not cover, are on the security page.
